Comment on the validity of the statement of the computer user. The statement is not true. Since the major feature of RAID Level 1 provides the disk mirroring function and reduce the possible down time due to hard disk failure. Question 3 a. Supposed the 20-bit data word stored in memory is 1001 1001 1100 1101 0101, determine the check bits for the data word using Hamming code algorithm. b. Refer to the Hamming Code layout bits shown in Figure 5.9 in the text book*. What would happen if a check bit is in error rather than a data bit? Illustrate the scenario by using an example.
