Each day of the week was a different job that needed done and was cycled with all the other jobs each day of the week. Leading Controlling Leading is a big role and a leader mush be strong and maintain control. Being a leader you need to be a person like your workers but you also needs to maintain a certain separation from them so they will listen to you. Once you have lost respect from one person then it will be difficult to control your group. Being fair and courteous is always good, but we cannot be walked on. Being in control of the situation is key to being a leader. If a leader is not in control of their workers and environment then things will not work right.
