Record administrators and Technicians are very important in the medical world today and they play a very vital role in the medical admissions world. The records administrator job description is very important. Whenever a patient receives health care treatment an observation of the treatment is made. This is the information that the patient gives to the records administrator of their symptoms and their medical history. The technician gets the patients health information together. Their job is to make sure that the patient’s medical charts are complete, and all of their forms are properly identified and signed and make sure all of the necessary information is put into their file. They must communicate with the physician and other health care professionals on a regular basis to make sure that the diagnosis are correct and to give additional information if any is needed. Records administrators and technicians duties vary depending on the facility they work for. If the facility is a quite large place the technician might specialize in just one area of the health
