Running headline Assignment: Effective Communication Effective communication Effective communication is a skill that most people should have or to show in any type of communication. Effective communication plays the most important role in an everyday activity; a job, at home, or just peoples in general. In Effective communication there are four goals in which should be practice on a daily; to inform, to request, to persuade, and build relationships ( Articles base, 2009). To inform, is the way for given information without receiving anything back; To request may be simple or complex; To persuade, persuasive messages intended to reinforce or change a receiver'; To build a relationship, they should be able to build good will with whom they are communicating with. Electronic communication is an effective way to share information, ideas, and important factors. They believe is that one of the most important factors in effective communication is a good listener (Dynamic flight, 2003). Another important factor of effective communication is self-confidence. It show confidence in whom they are, and what are discussing, people will want to listen and carry a conversation with. The conversation or the information can be shared with a wide range of people all over the world. Information can be sent to a computer then the information can be saved on a disk or on your hard disk so that you will be able to access the
