1. The typical design team of a building consists of an architect and a specialized group of engineers. The architect helps to consolidate the owner’s ideas about the new building, develops the form of the building and assemblies as team of engineers. These engineers help work on the foundation, structural supports, mechanical, electrical, and communication services. 2. The major constraint that a building designer must work under are the building codes, zoning ordinances, and varies other legal constraints such as access standards for people with physical disabilities. 3.
