Final Strategic Plan 2 creative visions, will take the vision of consumers and elaborating on it to make it a reality. Just Perfect Event Planning has not been around as long as most prestigious event planning companies such as Sasha Souza Events established in 1998 and TBA Global established in 1994 but the owners have carefully developed a strategy that continue to build on the company’s growing reputation. Strategies and Tactics Strategies and tactics include marketing and information technologies and tactics. Three methods have been developed to monitor and control the proposed strategic plan and advance organizational goals financially and operationally. Recommended actions needed to address ethical, legal, and regulatory issues that the company may face and how they can improve corporate citizenship will be discussed. Marketing Just Perfect Event Planning will need to carefully market the products and services being offered. The company will rely on flyers, the company website, and word of mouth from customers referring their friends to expand its customer base. Customers will receive specials and incentives for booking events through Just Perfect and referring their friends to use our services. Existing customers will receive promotional emails, while potential customers will be solicited via mail. The company will also purchase ad space in local newspapers and on websites such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Yahoo, and Google. And for any events hosted with a live DJ with radio broadcasting will pay for company endorsements. Information Technology

Final Strategic Plan 3 Technology for Just Perfect will consist of a virtual tour of the company. Meaning virtual tours of events hosted in the past will be displayed along with photos and customer ratings will be posted on the company website. This will give potential customers a sense of what their event will be like when seeking the professional services of Just Perfect. They can also read or view live testimonials from customers describing their experience with the company and the success of their events. The expert event planners and management team will also have up to date bookkeeping and computer systems that will track customer accounts, expenses, and events. This will help the company and planners maintain organized records based on cost, type, and size of event. Strategic Objectives
