Just Perfect is a full service event planning company that specializes in making the vision of its clients a reality. The company has met and exceeded customer expectations. This paper describes the products, services, beliefs, vision, mission, and values of the company. Company Mission The role of the mission statement is to provide purpose of an organization and the scope of its operations as well as what sets them apart from other organizations (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). The mission of Just Perfect Event Planning “is to being our hosts’ vision to life and then let them enjoy their newly created reality,” (Just Perfect, 2011). Just Perfect offers a variety of services that include but is not limited to audio and visual production, lighting design, invitation and signage printing, event design, photography, and catering and décor managing. The company offers budget development and management, marketing and public relations, as well as insurance. Just Perfect events are designed to take all five senses and combine them with creativity, flair and style (Just Perfect, 2011). The company takes pride in providing all clients with the most innovative ideas and latest trends in the event planning industry (Just Perfect, 2011). It is the passion and connection to clients and the inspiration they provide is the most important element to the approach of Just Perfects event planners (Just Perfect, 2011). Company Vision
