In order to ethically analyze this model, I will use the Laura Nash and Perspective Model. Sometimes, managers have to analyze the problem and they are not sure how to do it. Sometimes, they need to consider the ethical dilemma and they need a good tool to do it. Surely, Laura Nash Model can help prepare a good ethical analysis. This will also help me come to a conclusion. “This model uses 12 practical steps or questions to resolve ethical dilemmas.” Suppose, that we don’t have any other means to resolve unethical problem, so the idea of this model is to ask several questions, so managers can come to a conclusion and decide if their way of thinking is good or not. According to Jennings, there are four basic questions that have to be answered. These are: 1) How would I view the issue if I stood on the other side of the fence? 2) Am I able to discuss my decision with my family, friends and closest to me? 3) What am I trying to accomplish with my decision? 4) Will I feel comfortable about my decision with time as I do today? Except these four questions there are actually eight more that can be found on the Internet and originally were developed by Laura Nash, and it seems reasonable to include them in the analysis, as it will help prepare a better analysis and help evaluate the ethical dilemma in our case. Therefore, there are eight more questions that should be taken into consideration, below. 5)
