Intro for Dr. Richard Lancia as the CNR nominee for the Board of Governor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching Dr. Richard Lancia has been on the NCSU faculty in the Fisheries & Wildlife Program for over 30 years. Over that time he has been the consummate teacher, mentor and scholar, providing leadership and service, not only for the College of Natural Resources, but also for the University.
