Unit 10 Writing Assignment 2 Unit 10 Writing Assignment I feel this course, Human Resource Management, has made me a stronger candidate to enter the business world because it has taught me how HRM is an integral and crucial partner to all departments of a company and thoroughly rounds out the organization. The challenges facing HRM are numerous including, “policies, practices, and systems that influence employee’ behavior, attitudes and performance,” (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart, & Wright, 2009, p.1). Human capital is a major resource and asset of an organization and must be carefully crafted and guided to meet the need and ensure a proper fit for reaching the optimal goal of an organization, this is where HRM is a necessary and valuable resource of an organization.
