Note: The Pager function of eLearning will not be used for communicating with the instructor in this course. Please see Issue Communication Tree content page for specific instructions for various issues you may encounter. DROPBOX COMMENTS: The comments area of your Dropbox folder is not the place to ask questions about an assignment or project you are uploading/submitting. I rarely scan the Dropbox prior to the deadline to see what students have written there. A question there will probably not be answered prior to the deadline, if ever. Sometimes, a comment is advised to inform me about the files you are submitting, but don't try to get help with a comment in the Dropbox--there are venues described just for such questions. DISCUSSION BOARD: Discussion Board forums are VALUABLE resources for assistance. Read through the appropriate discussion forum to see if your issue has already been addressed. If it hasn't, then post your question. The instructor will check the forum daily, but you may find that your fellow classmates may also be able to provide direction (or you may be able to provide assistance with their questions). Think of this as the classroom; collaboration is allowed to the extent of giving and receiving help so as to get headed in the right direction. Specific questions/answers that pose whether the issue is correct or not that include any sort of answer (correct or not) should not be posted, and will be removed by instructor. EMAIL:
