CASE 11.2 VISION LOSS IN ONE EYE PATIENT PRESENTATION A 39-year-old man awoke one morning with blurred vision in the left eye. This condition progressed over the next few days to nearly complete loss of vision in the left eye. By the time he was examined, 2 weeks after the onset, he felt his vision was 90% back to normal. There was no eye pain, but he did have a generalized headache.
