A health promotion program that I have come up with will be for a separate work environment.  For the first group Is the science team behind the product this includes three scientist, one  quality assurance manager, one director in charge, and one documentation specialist . The  second group is at the corporate office consists of office representatives, human resources,  shipping staff, administration staff and customer service staff.  The ages range from mid  twenties to late forty’s. All have at least graduated high school many have business degrees  and communication degrees. One person has a PhD, and 3 others have bachelor’s degrees in  science. The company consists of mostly middle class to upper class individuals. There are no  language barriers as everyone speaks English.  The program will be called Re-Balance. The  main purpose is to make sure that the staff will have the skills they need to be stress free in the  work environment and create a positive work place for everyone.      The goals for Re-Balance will be:    1. Monthly participation of stress seminars.    2. Employees will work as a group to help reduce stress.    3. Employees will have tools and incentives to keep a healthy mental environment.    4. Employees will keep track of healthy ways to maintain a safe fun work environment with  little stress.      Ways to get the group interested would be, to promote a program that would have audits of  stress. This will be a way to see who needs the program and who would benefit from it more.  Handing out pamphlets with information about how to maintain an healthy mental environment  at work will be handed out. All employees will be encouraged to take advantage of the program  benefits.
