Business 2 This refers to values and morals that are necessary in controlling decisions and procedures in a business organization (Smith, 1998). Ethics are therefore necessary in any business whether small or big since it forces a business to make decisions that are aimed at benefiting the company. Therefore, most companies normally perform trainings on business ethics before hiring new workers in orders to avoid any form of confusion that can emerge in the near future or law suits. Therefore, this article is a discussion about ethical issues in business and how they relate to legal issues in a business environment. Just as the main idea of a company is to generate income, business ethics keeps companies from generating income in any possible way without any regard. This implies that installing ethics in a business would definitely keep business from engaging in activity that is illegal that may burn its reputation in the near future. Business ethics is applied all aspects of conducts in the business hence it is relevant to individual conducts and the whole business organization (Smith, 1998). A field of ethics like applied ethics in business normally dwell more on ethical questions in different fields such as technical, legal, medical and business ethics. Business ethics can also entail both descriptive disciplines and normative disciplines. Since it is normally based on corporate practices and specialization in career, this field is normative primarily. A business can be perceived not to be in terms with social values which are non-economic depending on the quantity and range of ethical issues in the business. Business ethics are very necessary in business because of several reasons. First, it is the duty of the business to maintain highest level of accountability to the social and natural environment in which it virtually exists in. Therefore, by virtue of its existence in this environment, it is bou8nd to be ethical. This is because the activities of the business has immense effects on its stakeholders and also due to the fact that every part of its actions possesses trajectories of ethical
