Checkpoint Three Day Diet Analysis Yolanda Campos Week 1 SCI/241 My diet compare to the recommendations I received from the Food Guide Pyramid is not very good I only intake fifty percent of meat, beans, vegetables, and gains. I did not take any milk which recommend me to take three cups a day, 2.5oz of meat when I suppose to take 5.5oz a day, 1.2 cup of vegetable which I suppose intake 2.5 cups a day, 0 fruits when I suppose to intake 2 cups and 2.6 oz. when I suppose to intake 6 oz. a day.
