The information in the case study gives you the amount for  Sales Expenses Depreciation Expense which is all you need to do the calculations for the first section of the task. ========================================================================== The remaining sections of the task have to do with investment analysis tools that companies use to evaluate an investment opportunity to determine  whether or not the opportunity would be a good investment. ========================================================================== I have several questions regarding the capital budget spreadsheet. These are the questions? 1. Section - Net Present Value - Where do I get the "Working Capital Return"? 2. Is remodeling the 120,000.00? Working Capital return Salvage return Remodeling cost How is the above calculated on the spreadsheet. I don't see where these items are a part of the Net Present Value example in the book. Internal Rate of Return Year 8 + Working Capital + Salvage - Remodeling Where do I find the above figures? Internal Rate of Return using Excel - What is this and how do I calculate it? I know I am kind of needy, but I can not seem to locate the answers to my question. Please advise. >>>>>>>>   The amounts for Working Capital, Salvage Value, and Remodeling Costs are given to you in the case study information.  For the Net Present Value Section of the task you will calculate the Net Present Value for these amounts.  You will use the same PV factor that you use for year 8. The remodeling costs should be negative. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 1. Section - Net Present Value - Where do I get the "Working Capital Return"?
