Sociology Section 22:03 35. I can take a job with an affirmative action employer without having my co- workers on the job suspect that I got it because of my race. I disagree with the statement because I believe there will always be people who  will judge you and believe your race gave them some sort of advantage over the  other job applicants. I believe that it is inequitable to hold accusations that the  only reason someone got a job was because of their race when in all actuality  they were probably the best candidate for the job. Although, I don’t believe it is  just to solely give someone a job because of their race and I believe everyone  should be accounted for on a level playing field.
