Dear Mr. Ball:
For the past 25 years, you have provided us with the upmost service and fulfilled
exceptional requests for this association. As you know, we are one of the largest nonprofit organizations and are committed to raise money for cancer research. We also
appreciate the donation you provide for this association and the discounted services.
However, at our last brunch event; several complaints were made about the
unprofessionalism seen from the employees. I was told that the bartender drank on the
job and some complained that the food was cold. Over the past year, we have been
receiving similar complaints at other of our events.
Your company has truly helped us raise a lot of money and we appreciate the discount
given. Receiving complaints about the catering services came as a surprise to me
because of the fact that we have not received any. Because of these actions, we have
decided to hire a different catering service to serve all of Ty-Roe Cancer Association’s
