Persuasive Speech You will have 2-3 minutes to persuade the class to join an organization which you have created. The organization must have a goal or a mission that will “make the world a better place.” You can think up an organization that is similar to one that already exists, (such as a charity, or humanitarian cause) or you can determine a need that exists in the world and think up your own idea. In any case, the organization will be original because you will think up the name and the logo. Preview Sheet Turned in BEFORE the speech is given. (See daily schedule for day the preview sheet is due.) Outline Turned in on the day the speeches are given. The outline is turned in BEFORE the speech is given. Notes You may use three note cards for the speech. Visual Aids The speech will use at least one visual aid. This visual aid may be a poster, a chart or graph, a picture, or some other visual which will help you get across the idea of your organization.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
