19:38 A lot of the specifics of the Marshall Plan aren’t clear.  Basically, America just  gave Europeans money for them to buy American goods.  Created a capitalist  block of sorts against the Soviet Union.  They were worried about it being so far  into east Germany (which was capitalist). Soviet expansions: -Czechoslovakia (1948) There was a pretty capitalist feelin’ going on in Czechoslovakia at this time.  But  they feared Russia, so they got into line.  Both sides wanted to have Germany.  The Soviets thought Berlin was scary. -Berlin Blockade by the Soviets (1948-1949) The Soviets cut shit off, and the Americans didn’t really think that was right.  They  thought the Soviets didn’t have the right to do that.  The Americans helped out all  the Berlin kids by plane.  They’d bring everything to the people who couldn’t get  anything from Stalin and co.  Eventually, Stalin gave up the Berlin blockade.
