PERSONAL GOALS I grew up believing in the dream I have had since I was 10 years old in Nepal - the dream to come to the United States and study to become a nurse. I still believe in this dream that I had while I was in Nepal and will carry it into the future: the idea that anyone fortunate enough to be born in this wonderful country, the greatest nation in the history of the world, can achieve success if they are willing to sacrifice and work for it. Things have changed for me since I came to the US, as I too am a part of the American Dream. Being in the US, I have thought of lot of things that I want to do in life. As this is the land of opportunity, I believe that if I work hard, I will keep my dream alive and achieve the ultimate goal of my life. I am very fortunate to have this opportunity that many people do not have. Believing in my dream, I will start working forward towards my ultimate goal of becoming a successful nurse that can help others to develop and improve their communities.
