She studied vulnerability, courage, and shame for the past ten years. Brene Brown-Power of Vulnerability Speech Summary Brown’s speech states that everyone wants to feel as if they belong. One might fear that they are not worthy of connection and put up walls. To feel worthy, one must open up about who they truly are and have the courage to embrace the vulnerable aspect. Vulnerability may bring fear upon some, but it also leads to joy, belonging, and love. Biography Fried is the co-founder and president of 37 Signals a company that’s builds web-based productivity tools. He is also the co-author of Rework, a book of conceptualize work and creating.
