The UCR is compiled from statistics sent to the FBI from more than seventeen thousand police departments. 1. Due to the UCR being disaggregated, the number of teenagers arrested does not represent the actual number of youths who have committed delinquent acts. 2. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
