M E M O R A N D U M TO: ADV 318J Students FROM: Sarah Bovagnet, Michael Breighner, Erin Cutchen, Josh Glick, Tess Levitan, Melissa Martin, John Murphy and Chris Ramirez DATE: February 24, 2011 RE: Major Project #2 -- Brand Mind Map and Marketing Implications The purpose of this memorandum is to describe a major project which each of you must complete individually. This project is worth 11% of your grade and is to be turned in before class -- no later than 3:30 -- on Monday, March 21. Late = 0. You are encouraged to turn your paper in early before Spring Break. Working as a cultural anthropologist, your task is to interview a consumer about their relationship with either an airline, an automobile or a fast food restaurant and develop a detailed brand mind map for that person. Recruitment . The person you interview may be a friend or relative but must be someone who is readily accessible and willing to spend time on the project. You will need to meet with your subject in person at least twice. Constructing a mind map and completing the project
