FINAL PROJECT PICTURE The photo is much like the story of the one of Franz Kafka where the man tries to reach the government and he cannot because of the guard that they had posted in the front that was keeping him from reaching inside. The government is there for him to change and he should have permission it’s his right however there is something that stops him from doing so and that’s the guard.

In this particular picture, there is the emergency pole here at MC that I took from my cell phone, that when you press it, cops will arrive. That is there for emergency and the thing with that when your standing at one of them, you are able to see two more because they are positioned that way. That is there for emergency and for the students but is blocked by the fence just like the man standing in front of the government. The emergency pole represents the government. It is there

In mythological sense it represents the mortals trying to reach God and cannot because of the moral boundaries that keep them from doing so. There are mortals who have succeeded and it can be done but because of the intimidation that they face trying to do that, so they dont. Because the Gods are there making rules that they cant. The story, much like the picture represents the boundaries that people have and face in their life from keeping them from reaching their goals. That obstacle is within themselves. The man in the story didnt do anything to stop him but the main character felt compelled to ask and listen to what he had to say when he could have gone inside. In order to change the rules, you have to break them....
