My personal experience with learning is plain and simple. With me I can read and study something all day long, but until I have applied what I have read or studied to an actual hands on experience I have not learned it. Learning clearly occurs after education. On the job training is a perfect example of this. Having the opportunity to utilize the techniques and skills that are taught
