Review Appendix A: the United States Constitution in Business Law: The Ethical, Global, and E- Commerce Environment . Discussions To participate in the following Discussion Forums, go to this week's Discussion link in the left navigation: 1. The Nature of Law Select one of the following problems from your text for discussion. Respond to at least two of your fellow students" postings. Problem 2 on page 87 Problem 4 on page 166 2. The U.S. Constitution Locate the U.S. Constitution by using an online source. Review the Constitution and then select one of the following questions for discussion. Respond to at least two of your fellow students" postings. Which articles and sections deal with the qualifications that people must have in order to serve as a member of the House of Representatives, as a Senator, and as President of the United States? How do those respective qualifications differ? What article and section addresses the subject of a presidential veto of a bill passed by the House and the Senate? What is necessary in order for the House and Senate to override a presidential veto? Assignments To complete this assignment, go to this week's Assignment link in the left navigation: 1. Ethical Theories Prepare a two to three page paper, following the APA guidelines, detailing the ethical theories and their foundations from this week’s reading. Utilizing the online library, locate a scholarly article about ethics and describe, in detail, at least one ethical theory that is not found in the textbook for this week’s readings.
