An Objective test is psychological tests that measure an individual's characteristics in a way that is independent of rater bias or the individual's own beliefs. b. What are the two types of objective tests listed in the textbook and how do they work? The two types of objective tests are: Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator 1. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory can accurately assess personality traits associated with particular mental disorders. 2. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator helps college students choose majors and develop career goals. c. What is a projective test?
