It is a comprehensive approach to aiding public policy and administrative organizations to focus on their missions, goals, and objectives. In addition, it is a tool used to help improve the way a government functions. MFR makes the accomplishment of goals and objectives the primary aim of the organization. The purpose of managing for results is quite simple. One reason why MFR is around is because it links people to performance and profit.
