Integration of Conceptual Framework Pillars As a health care provider caring is one of the hallmark of the profession. My aggregate is the community in which I live and I care about the residents and hope this this project will help to bring about positive changes in the community. While conducting this research it is important to have communication with others especially the people who resides in the aggregate. Good communication skills can assist in getting the information that is required. After compiling the data good critical thinking skills is necessary to assimilate and place the data in the proper context. As health care workers we are expected to act in a professional manner at all times and I will display professionalism in all aspect, whether in the classroom

Nursing practice is based upon caring.
