Orin McMillen Mrs. Neal English 150 12 November 2008 Reflection on the Newspaper Assignment Compared to the other papers I have been assigned during this class, I think this was my least favorite. Although I enjoy group projects as much as the next person, this group project was just a little too sporadic. The fact that my computer was having problems did not help my situation either. However instead of just giving complaints, I will tell you why things turned out the way they did. First of all, this group project was more hectic most likely because we were assigned to get news. Personally, I would rather have fewer choices on topics because I’m horrible at making decisions. Second of all, the news changes. As crazy as that sounds, the news from one day to another is different, so when I went back to my sites for more information, it had been moved to a place that I couldn’t find. That is why I did my article on the economic state instead of the article about George McCain on Saturday Night Live, as had originally planned.
