Andrew Coppa 10/26/10 PSU006 Ethics Paper John, James and Pendricks Toy Company are in a critical situation. They have the desire and the resources to expand their company greatly, which would not only benefit them, but would also, create opportunities for jobs. The more job opportunities there is in the town, the better off the town’s economy will be. The expansion would attract many other people from neighboring towns. The more people in the town will increase the sales of business for other companies and local stores also. Overall, the town’s knowledge and advancement in modern industrialization will dramatically increase. But for every positive there is also a negative. There are many ethical issues that arise in this case. The expansion of Pendrick Toys Company will create much stir and controversy for the historical eco-friendly town of Pendrick.
