Sometimes he is late for work. Other times he forgets team meetings. He has violated the deadlines for his parts several times, and his poor performance has started to hurt the team's performance. You have been working with Joe for 5 years. You believe Joe is one of the smartest people on the team and used to be a top performer. You also know that Joe has had a difficult time recently, since he has just gone through a divorce. 1.
