06.16 Work File Your hero lives during the Republic. Use the people, places, and events of this time period as a backdrop for your hero and his adventure. He must utter a minimum of two Latin phrases in the course of his adventure. Be sure the Latin and historical context is correct. Check with your teacher for verification. For this two-part assignment: A. Submit the following: 1. A Latin motto that your hero utters during the time of the republic e.g., Caveat emptor! - Let the buyer beware! 2. A Latin sentence with an infinitive your hero utters during the time of the republic e.g., Regulus suum officium fecisse dicitur. -- Regulus is said to have done his duty. (perfect infinitive - fecisse) B. Submit the entire story of your hero's adventure during the republic in one of the following ways: 1. Write the story of your hero's adventures during the republic.
