What could small businesses do from a marketing perspective to deal with some of the factors noted in this article? Small businesses, from a marketing perspective, in order to deal with some of the factors in the marketing environment noted in this  article, could have a global and technology perspective using the internet as a resource to market to other places other than the  town it operates in turn, also creating a productivity perspective which will help get the best return for each marketing dollar spent,  since this can increase the small businesses’ accounts receivable and their cash flow, leaving them to depend on the banks for a  minimal amount of loan activity between the two entities, and therefore offsetting the normal business risk to benefit the small  business and not the banks. How could they use marketing as a tool to help them, whether an economic climate where normal sales levels are depressed and/or
