Fin 320 Stock-Trak Trading Exercise Fall 2010 Objective: The objective of this assignment is to motivate student interest in financial markets through hands-on experience managing an investment portfolio, making trades, and tracking investment performance. General Description: Students will participate in a portfolio simulation exercise managing an initial wealth of $1,000,000 over the semester. The project will be managed by Stock-Trak Portfolio Simulations of Atlanta, GA. Students may participate individually or work jointly with one other person for the 14 week period, August 30 - December 3. The cost of each account is $28.95, which allows you (or you and your partner) to make 200 trades over the course of the semester. Details on how and what to trade are contained in the Student Registration materials and on Stock-Trak's Web site at http://www.stocktrak.com. What
