Romilda Justilien  AMH 4931  September 21, 2009 Prediction of Civil War in Northern Virginia  Since I wanted this to be a real life enactment of a conversation, I decided to make it more  narrative in order to be creative while still using primary resources as if I was alive on March 11,  that may draw battle to the Virginia-Maryland-Pennsylvania area.  Consultant: Romilda Justilien   Stockholder:  James Cricket  Conversation Romilda: Mr. Cricket, I strongly advise against the purchase of these railroad stocks because they  may become devastated by impending war in this northern Virginia region that will influence this  mode of transportation.   James: Frankly Ms. Justilien, how can you be sure that war will come to this region or occur at  all?  Romilda: From the current direction of political and military affairs,  I believe that we can make  two assumptions. One, the South’s secession will lead to battle. Two, Virginia will become a part  of the Confederacy due to current political events and neutrality is not possible. Third, if so,  northern Virginia will be used in military strategy due to its location and transportation  resources.  James: I am not aware of the current politics in your country, but enlighten me on this war  matter.
