Using one of the models from the lesson, choose a behavior you would like to change or modify and provide a list of stages for you to accomplish this. To lower my cholesterol, I would like to use the trans-theoretical model to reduce my cholesterol level. Before I came to the University of Florida, I was not aware of the high cholesterol that was hereditary in my family. In the midst of my junior year, my mother went to the hospital for cystic fibrosis. We all became aware of our morality and decided to look at our nutrition and physical health. I had a physical for the first time in many years and discovered that I was healthy except for my cholesterol levels. My family shifted from an ignorant stage of pre-contemplation to contemplation of how the consequences of our old lifestyle in relation to the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise. We use the counterproductive process and became involved in sports and healthily food choices. As I transitioned to college, I continued to be involved in sports and
