Introduction: Let me ask you guys a question…How many of you guys actually drink 8-10 glasses of water every day? I didn’t until after one day during a high school baseball game that both of my legs cramped so tight that I fell on the ground with back spasms. I had to be sent to the Emergency Room. I had to get two packs of IV fluids in my body. I was limited to physical activities and had to drink gallons of water to hydrate myself back. Water is huge part of the human existence. Before I move on, I have a video that gives an overview of the main idea of drinking water. Body: Now let’s discuss over the symptoms of dehydrations, role and the importance of drinking water to the human body and why water is needed in our human body. So you think your drinking enough water? If you're not, you could end up with excess body fat, poor muscle tone, digestive complications, muscle soreness and fatigue -- even water-retaining problems. Next to air, water is the element most necessary for survival. A normal adult is 60 to 70 percent water.
