Construct the software Software construct started in week 3. The team started constructing the application’s tables and forms. Team members built the application’s table structure first before creating its form version for easy data input. Afterward, the team developed the data analysis function of the application (i.e. the queries) to analyze the firm’s transactions and production process. Lastly, the team developed the reporting system for the application. Information for customer orders would first be filled in the Customer Orders Form. The software then automatically transfers the information onto related queries. After the application conducts data analysis, it creates the Customer Order Report so supervisors and manager have correct order information to prepare and make computers/desktops to meet on-time delivery to customers. Based on the Customer Order Report, now managers can address purchasing orders to suppliers by reviewing the Inventory Reports where information is derived from Inventory forms and Inventory queries. Subsequently, managers would examine the numbers of products and materials available prior to filling a purchase order. Specifically, the Parts Inventory query
