Some of the unwanted reactions that might be encountered could be the amount of money for the start up. Another may be “we work on computers all day why would I want to do it on my break time?” Or someone may want to leave the premises on their break, is that going to stop us from being able to leave? A few steps I can take to ensure the purpose would be explained why this is a positive idea that would benefit everyone involved. For example by having a business of this kind benefits all business in the building by helping with the security and giving clients of another business something to do if they have to wait for an extended period of time. Now the start up fees are still negotiable, nothing is permenantly set as of yet. Leaving the premises is still an option, we are only making things easier for all involved. However both emails do point out a specific concern that is important to that person, each email has a different tone also....
