Imagine that you are starting your own company. What will be the ethical code of your company? In a 200-300 word response, draft an ethical code of conduct listing the rules and principles that your company will use in decision-making . In the following list, these are some of the rules and principles I and my employees followed when I operated my own company. Our responsibility is to the clients that we service. High quality is of the utmost importance when meeting their needs. By using and maintaining equipment properly we will be able to keep our services at an affordable price. The client’s service request(s), must be completed accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner. The client’s information will be kept confidential and private. As a company, we will consider and respect every employee as an individual.

As a company we are an equal opportunity employer, encouraging each employee for advancement when qualified.
