You are Nik, and your employer is the organization represented by Alex, Nik, and Chris. Use your Week Three and Four assignments as the foundation for the current assignment. Use the information from the case, materials from the course, independent research, the mission of your current organization, and your Week Three and Four assignments, to prepare a 1,050- to 1,750-word paper, in which you describe your rationale and plan for implementation for the proposed solution(s) for your organization to establish a greater presence on Kava by: Determining factors affecting decision implementation in an organization and your proposed solution(s) Evaluating resources and actions required for decision implementation of your proposed solution(s) Evaluating the ethical implications from stakeholders perspectives of your proposed solution(s) Often other countries will experience some sort of despair where the governments of these countries will seek aid from more advanced nations in hopes to improve the lives of the citizens of these less fortunate nations. Kava is an island in the South Pacific with many issues. This island has a mix of many ethics which include indigenous South Pacific, oriental, African, French, Spanish, and since World War II, a sizeable number of Americans. Here, there are people of all different nationalities, with different languages and religions who have separate beliefs. Some of the most economical interests are petroleum, natural gas, coffee, cocoa, spices, bananas, sugar, tourism, and fishing, as well as inexpensive, quality labor. Issues include disaster threats, such as tidal waves, tornadoes, typhoons and hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, petroleum spills. HIV/AIDS is far past an epidemic leaving over 50% of people being under the age of 15 years. This is assurance that maturity in individuals is lacking.
