Social Problems Because of the confusion between the words problem , policy , and program , write a definition—within the context of health and human services—for each of these three words. Then, provide a brief example for each definition. Problem –   any question or matter involving doubt, uncertainty, or difficulty. Unemployment rate in the United States is on the rise. Policy – a definite course of action adopted for the sake of expediency, facility. Unemployment allows a person to collect funds if they lost their employment due to no fault of theirs. Program – a planned, coordinated group of activities, procedures, etc. Minnesota workforce center is a program to help the unemployed find work. Make a list of 5 to 7 social problems that you believe are the most critical for the United States to address. Write 1 to 2 sentences about each social problem, describing the extent of the problem.
