Guidelines for Project II Presentation 1. Each person has 25 minutes, including questions. Time keeping is important. 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes for questions is suggested. Dr. Wu will signal at 15 and 18 minutes. At 25 minutes, he will STOP thee presentation RUTHLESSLY . 2. Questions are encouraged! 3. Computer presentation (e.g. Powerpoint) is required. Email your file to Dr. Wu by 11 am the day of your presentation. Alternatively, you can stop by Dr. Wu’s office to load your file in a flash drive by the same deadline. Late submission is not allowed to avoid disruption due to switching computers. Presentations will start promptly at 1:55 pm. 4. The font size used should be large enough for people in the back to read. Typically, the smallest font size is 18 points. 24 points or higher are recommended. Graphs, Figures or Tables are helpful. Colors are more effective than black and white. Do NOT copy the entire text of your report for the presentation. No one really cares to
