The cultural custom of investing talk has changed over the last twenty years. Before, people would not talk about their investments compared to now when people will discuss with friends, families, and brokers about mutual funds, stocks, and other holdings. Through a survey, it was found that someone who has bought a stock in a company had spoken close to 20 other people about the company. As a result of, more and more people have become involved in investing as result of interacting with others who invest and held a conversation about some aspect of the trade. Someone who is special is more likely to invest than less-social people as a result of communication and the exchanging of facts and decisions. Another trend that is noticeable is that when neighborhoods make certain actions, the rest of the neighborhood will ensue similar actions.
