Discussion This experiment involved relative reduction potentials of metals.  Faraday’s constant and  Avogadro’s number was calculated from the measured mass of reacted metals within galvanic  and electrolytic cells.  Part 1 table: In part 1, E was measured in reference to copper and silver electrodes.  E is a value that is  normally referenced to a hydrogen electrode;  the E values for the measured half reactions  referencing the copper electrode were all smaller than the E values referenced to the hydrogen  electrode.  The E values for the measured half reactions referencing the silver electrodes were  also all smaller than the E values referenced to the hydrogen electrode as well as the copper  electrode.  This acquired data follows the fact that the measured metal in reference to either  copper or silver is less spontaneous than the measured metals in reference to hydrogen.   In parts 2 and 3, aluminum dissolved in CuCl2 solution; copper dissolved in AgNO3 solution.  In
