Such as mashups etc. Double consciousness: when one person lives through two lifestyles, such as Margaret Johnson, when she goes to a white school during the day and live in a black society at night0 Appropriation: borrowing the act of borrowing and deploying texts with particular ideological goals in mind, Ideology: a set of ideas held by the dominant group. Official and Unofficial history: the government has a say in these demonstration of history such as newspapers etc. o Unofficially history however includes, poems/dances stuff that the official history missed.
