Although this was a smoother transition, there was a lot of fired employees, and the whole identity of the company changed into a new culture. The remaining employees received salary raises and more benefits. Similar to this situation, Viva bought Centennial, basically saving them from bankruptcy and merging unto Viva as a whole. Centennials culture and believes disappeared beneath Viva, but now the company is thriving in success, when previously both were doing terribly....
