The American Revolutionary War began in 1775 and endured until 1781.  Republican government was founded after the revolution. 8/9/11 American Revolution  First revolutionary war to occur in America.  Was a long and violent battle (lasted 6 years).  Inspired the Haitian Revolution and served as an example to others.  Freedom to slaves was granted if they fought in the war. This created union.  The use of pamphlets, religios motivation, propaganda, and such was common to recruit. 8/9/11 Haitian Revolution  The Haitian revolution followed the American Revolution....
